Job description
- All sorts of typing work is to be usually carried out by using the Computer with knowledge of MS Office/Excel Power point or any other suitable software in English/Hindi maintenance of files of documents and other relevant work.
- Movement and maintenance of files papers within the office including Railway and other offices in Delhi.
- Operation of various office equipment s like photocopier fax telephone printer EPABX etc.
- Dispatch and receipt of files letters etc. to and from various offices including various sate/central Govt. Offices/PSU/Private companies & individuals.
- Any other work assigned by the corporation concerning smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements
- More than 5 years desirable Shorthand/Typing
- 80/40 WPM in English or in Hindi
- Graduate or three years diploma in Office Management
