The Associate Broker Management will be Responsible: Value of Sales Overall /Overseas/Inventory.Minimum percentage of Portfolio Agencies activated per region.Daily Meetings.Monthly roadshows. Monthly marketing campaign. Daily calls.International agencies registrations.Role:Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.Researching, planning, and implementing target, market initiatives through road shows, broker network events etc.Pursuing new accounts, broker registration, trainings.Responsible for sales performance of broker accounts. Submitting daily report to the line manager Monitoring performance of broker campaigns Conducting trainings Visiting broker officesTravelling locally and internationally
