Job description

The Unified Collaboration Presales Architect is a mid/senior-level position responsible for designing and proposing comprehensive UCaaS/CCaaS solutions to prospective clients.
This role demands deep expertise in Unified Collaboration Full stack ( On prem / Cloud Calling and Contact Center ) and a strong understanding of enterprise ( Large and SMB Customer ) business requirements.
The primary goal is to work closely with the sales team to develop winning proposals ( Proactive Pursuits and RFXs ) and drive business growth ( Hunting and Farming )

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to engage with potential clients and understand their specific networking solution needs.
    • Conduct in-depth discussions to gather requirements and assess the clients current infrastructure.
  2. Solution Design:
    • Develop customized network and unified communication solutions that align with the clients requirements and business objectives.
    • Create detailed architectural designs and proposals that address the clients technical and business needs.
  3. Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs.
    • Exhibit expertise in Collaboration solutions, including Cloud calling and Contact Center ( Cisco /Webex/ AWS / MS ) , and monitoring & manage tools.
    • AI Ops , Analytics , Lifecycle management hands experience ( Assess Design Deploy Operate Migrate Consulting )
    • Communication solutions ( Enterprise and Communication provider - SIPTaaS , ClientaaS , AI-Voice , CCaaS, UCaaS )
    • Standardize service Offers ( Rinse and repeat model ) and automate the service proposals , pricing models across customer segments.
  4. Cost Estimation:
    • Provide accurate cost estimates for proposed solutions, considering hardware, software, licensing, integrations , services, and implementation costs.
    • Managed and Professional services models (standard and Volume based )
  5. Presentation and Documentation:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients that articulate the benefits and technical aspects of the proposed solutions.
    • Create detailed documentation, including network diagrams and solution architecture, to support proposals.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Assist the sales team to strategize and tailor proposals to meet client expectations and competitive market conditions.
    • Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure the proposed solutions align with company strategy , available resources, and capabilities.
  7. SWOT Analysis:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in network services.
    • Use market insights to provide innovative and competitive solutions.
