Your primary focus will be on extracting valuable insights from data to drive strategic decision-making and business performance. You will oversee a team of analysts, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of analysts, data scientists, and other analytics professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Provide guidance and support in professional development. 2. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
