Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Manager at our Pune and Bangalore location. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management of client relationships. Tasks include generating and nurturing new leads, managing communication with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with our UX design teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically and develop long-term client partnerships
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Management degree in Sales and Operations from a premier institute only
