Job description
Responsible for monitoring and implementation of daily management and policy management, applicable for Pellet Plant operations. Manage teams within the Pellet plant deployed in multiple shifts to ensure the effective and timely manufacturing of quality products round the clock. Impart training and develop employees for effective operation of process and equipment. Ensure uninterrupted supply of product from the relevant processes with desired output quality to the internal customer. Drive productivity, cost, quality initiative through improvement projects to solve perennial issues pertaining to Pellet Plant. Ensure stakeholders environment, health and safety. Skills Technical Competencies: Knowledge on Iron Ore Grinding, Slurry handling/filtration and Induration Process Pelletization Behavioural Competencies: Decision Making Drive for Results Customer Orientation communication skills Influencing & Networking Collaboration & Interpersonal Effectiveness Change Orientation Other details BE/ B Tech/ BSc (Engg.) or equivalent in Mechanical/Metallurgy/Chemical / Production Engineering from a recognized UniversityJob tags
