Role:

Workday Architect - HCM Location:

Mumbai / Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities: ● Evaluate new feature releases and enhancements. Create technical design specs, perform unit & system Integration test, deploy and support of all Workday integrations Experience in following modules will be preferred : Time and Leave including working with Calculations Workday Documents, BERT, Workday Studio Advance Compensation Talent and Performance ● Collaborate with stakeholders to assess document requirements, review design, and define functional specifications ● Review and be alert of any system outages or service degradations. ● Support the ongoing maintenance of Workday, applying best practices ● Perform administrative functions, including business process configuration, tenant configuration, user maintenance, audits, Security enhancements, reporting. ● Deliver high quality end user support and troubleshoot to resolve system issues. Maintain system security and integrity ● Complete functional testing and review any known issues to ensure business continuity ● Support change management functions, including documenting system changes, producing training material and delivering training ● Mentor and coach juniors. ● Contribute to the Workday Community and user groups ● Build standard and custom reports, worklets and dashboards

Skills required: ● Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Computer Science, Human Resources, Finance) or equivalent ●5-8 years of experience with Workday in an administrative role, preferably with Workday HCM ● Previous experience with ticketing systems, case management and troubleshooting ● Previous experience configuring Business Processes, tenant configuration, release management, security maintenance and other administrative duties. ● Functional knowledge of business processes within most workstreams of HCM, including benefits administration, absences, and time management. ● Ability to prioritize workload, work independently and part of a team ● Strong Analytical skills and a strong proficiency with spreadsheets and various reporting aspects. ● Excellent communications skills- oral and written- with the ability to engage with business leaders, end users and fellow team members. ● Desire and readiness to learn new tools, methods and concepts. ● Keen attention to detail
