Job Description: As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications using Salesforce Platform technologies. The Senior Developer will work closely with functional teams to understand their requirements and design solutions that meet their expectations. l as excellent skills in automation and implementing best practices in DevOps.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop customized solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other technologies available in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with functional teams to develop a thorough understanding of their requirements and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and follows the standard coding conventions.
- Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to identify and resolve any bugs, defects, or performance issues.
- Work collaboratively with other developers, architects, administrators, and business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers to ensure high-quality code is being produced.
- Continuously evaluate new and emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend appropriate solutions to meet business needs.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design, test cases, and user guides.
- Being willing to work outside of your scheduled shift or taking on extra hours to ensure the success of a project or meet the needs of customers in different time zones.
- Managing time and tasks effectively to complete assigned duties within the scheduled timings.
Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: - 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework.
- Experience in designing and developing custom solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform.
- Proven experience in real-life implementations of Salesforce projects involving complex business logic, integrating with different systems through APIs, etc.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, Apex, and declarative tools including Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Informatica or Jitterbit is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Salesforce.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder and Platform Developer certifications are mandatory. Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Integration Architecture, or Solution Architecture are a plus.
