They should be well versed with the itinerary of major tourist destinations globally. They should be able to book hotels through their websites b2b consolidators portal. They should know how to prepare a detailed travel itinerary.
-Design tailored travel packages, book hotels & activities
-Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services.
-Negotiate rates with hotels, and other vendors
-Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues or complaintsHandle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
-Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
-Create and update electronic records of clients
-Maintain relationships with key persons
-Keep financial statements and documents
-Reach the revenue and profit targets
