Job Overview

Full-Time Process Associate role based in Jaipur with Knack Global (P) Ltd., a leading healthcare company.

The position requires good communication skills and the ability to work on international processes. The candidate should be proficient in English and comfortable with night shifts. Strong analytical skills and computer proficiency are also desirable.

• Performing process-related tasks as assigned by the team lead or manager
• Ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks
• Working on international processes and communicating with international stakeholders
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Handling data entry and analysis using computer systems
• Identifying and resolving process-related issues or discrepancies
• Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals
• Following standard operating procedures and company policies
