Practice Lead - RPA Sales Engineering
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Pune / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad Job Responsibilities: - Presales responsibilities, Following-up with our different sales verticals and customers for Orders / SOW as appropriate. To estimate the budget for expenses and track actual expenses incurred by the IA (Intelligent Automation) SL (Service Line). Develop Proof of Concept for new Business Development opportunities, evaluation of new technologies as well as to gather evidence & demonstrate it to support the feasibility of a project. Develop domain specific sales enablement materials and work with various sales verticals to share its knowledge, provide introduction to product/technology and assist in development of sales pitch. Create periodic innovation report summarizing the latest trends in the field of Robotic Process Automation including technologies, methodologies & concepts for our customers, senior leadership, sales verticals as well as IA team members. Understand RFPs from various new clients and prepare a convincing RFP response from RPA /IA Service line perspective to support Presales. Able to clearly construct a to-be state robotic solution on various RPA Tools based on business process inputs received from BA/ Client-side SMEs/Current Vendor. Able to call out technical risks and dependencies pertaining to RPA development and deployments and suggest mitigation tactics. To track the Company’s Salesforce system periodically whether the prospective business opportunities have been added in the pipeline. To check the billing details of individuals and non-billable / bench hours details periodically and arrive at the Gross Contribution of different IA Teams based on financial data / details. To alert the Offshore IA SL Head and Onshore Head on any potential loss that is visible, if the minimal contribution defined for each project is not achievable. Serve as an advisor to customer and internal stakeholders, provide guidance on technology choices impacting significant technical direction. Mandatory Skills: Very Good Communication and Presentation skills required to interact with Global Customers and Corporate Leadership / Stake holders. Should possess sales engineering skill sets like Analytical thinking, Presales, Technical Expertise, Demonstration and Negotiation skills etc. Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills and Advanced RPA Developer certificate is mandatory. Total experience: 5-7 years with 3+ years of relevant experience in enterprise scale automation projects. At least 2+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer / Solution Architect / Sr. Technical Lead. At least 5 years of programming experience (scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development Should have at least one year of UiPath as well as Automation Anywhere Development Knowledge experience too. Experience in Azure and AWS DevOps Practices, Robotics Enterprise framework (RE), mid-complex code development, application testing and component design. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes – Mandatory. Should be able to Prioritise and manage Multiple Portfolios. Successful track record of implementing enterprise-level technology initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, from project discovery through service launch. Qualifications: Should be a BE/BTech in Computer Science/IT or allied fields Notes : Candidates should have a US B-1 visa, with minimum validity through the next 3 years.Job tags
