JD for HRBP Operations roleJob location – HO Nariman point Employee Relations: Providing guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives. Assisting in managing organizational change initiatives by communicating with employees, addressing concerns, and helping to facilitate smooth transitions. Handling HR grievances effectively is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and ensuring legal compliances. HR Administration: handle various administrative tasks within the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, managing HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) databases, and preparing HR reports. Will be involved in administering employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrolment, and addressing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits. Should be having Expertise in Full and Final Settlement: Should understand full and final settlement process, including understanding relevant employment laws, company policies, and industry best practices, should be able to verify Prepared Settlement Statements, should be able to Oversee, Clearance Process and Disbursement of Payments. The individual responsible for attendance monitoring tracks employees' work hours, including their arrivals, departures, breaks, and any instances of tardiness or absenteeism. This can be done through automated attendance tracking software. He or she to ensure that employees adhere to the organization's attendance policies and procedures. This may involve monitoring attendance patterns, identifying trends or issues, and addressing any instances of non-compliance through counselling, disciplinary action, or other interventions as necessary. In addition to monitoring attendance, they also calculate employees' salaries or wages based on their attendance records, contractual agreements, and applicable labour laws. This includes factoring in overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other compensation components. One should be able to generate reports related to attendance and salary data, providing insights into employee attendance trends, payroll expenses, and other relevant metrics. These reports may be used for internal analysis, budgeting, and decision-making purposes.Will be accountable for HR Connects could refer to digital platforms or systems that facilitate communication and engagement between HR departments and employees. Employee Relations and Communication: One should be able to conduct HR Connects to foster positive employee relations and communication within employee and employer.
