Key stakeholder / teams a. - Sales b. – Marketing team c. – Clients or aligned customer base (book of business) : Builders/Developers d. – Product team e. – All internal teams where they need help and dependencies

Success Parameters - Job well done will look like a. - Renewal 80% b. – Net new expansion or customer acquisition c. – Cross sell and upsell d. Customer PR or spotlights
