Salary Range : ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Computer Teacher to join our institution and contribute to the academic development of college students. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience and possess expertise in teaching subjects such as Tally, Excel, and Digital Marketing. The Computer Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, facilitating practical sessions, and assessing student progress.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement lesson plans for computer-related subjects including Tally, Excel, and Digital Marketing.
2. Conduct engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Provide individualized support to students to enhance their understanding and proficiency in computer applications.
4. Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations.
5. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer technology and educational trends.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities.
8. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and other institutional activities.
9. Provide mentorship and guidance to students to foster their personal and professional growth.
10. Uphold the institution's policies, standards, and code of conduct.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching computer-related subjects.
3. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and Digital Marketing tools and applications.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Dedication to promoting a positive learning environment.
8. Familiarity with instructional design principles and assessment methods.
9. Prior experience working with college-level students is preferred.
10. Certification or additional qualifications in relevant subjects will be an advantage.
