Role: Manage and Administration of On-Premises & integrated Cloud Data Center Operations, Design, Implementations of new Projects, manage external Managed Services partners and Teams, Call center DC and related support, Budgeting for Cloud & DC Operations, Server Support and BAU for entire Infra (server & network) for the org. maintaining the Server Level policies for the entire Infra.
Roles & Responsibilities - Governance and entire Data Center management, reports to head of the DC improvements.
- Management of Daily DC operations- Ensure effective and efficient management of day-to-day DC operations including queue
- Management, 24*7 operations support and hardware logistics.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports -- ITSM, Change Management, Backup, Health Checks,
- Co-ordination with vendors and technical teams -- Wintel, Storage, VMWare, Cloud, Middleware, Database
- Administration and Management of DC and integrated Cloud Infrastructure.
- Review new Business requirements, Design & Implementations.
- Country/City/Sites network operations - Link status, LAN, Wi-Fi, end user network issues, URL access, port access, etc.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly status & reports - availability, reachability, latency, etc. DC centralized network operations -- device status, availability, latency etc.
- Cloud network -- Direct Connect, VPN, status, reachability, etc.
- Co-ordination with ISP, vendors, internal stakeholders
- Standardization of AD server and related policy.
- High availability and related support.
- Disaster implementation for all the cloud support.
- Backup technology and related strategy.
- Maintain the server Patching and related Compliance.
- Explore new Cloud Technologies and Platforms for Business Use cases.
- Streamline and Maintain regular BAU & SLA for DC Infrastructure support.
- Ensure Implementation and Delivery of multiple projects and DC operations.
- Work with Multiple Partners and Vendors for delivery and implementation of projects.
- DC Annual Budget and Cost Maintenance.
- Cost Optimizations, Capacity Management for Cloud & DC Environments.
- SLA Management, Service Delivery, Regular Reviews and Contract Renewals for external partners and Vendors.
- Ensure Service Management call for DC.
- Maintenance of network and related ISPs for the entire organization.
- Network Routing and related compliance standard.
- Enterprise uptime and related network standard.
- ISP Uptime, governance, SLA penalty, agreements.
