Role Overview:
The Director of Data Analytics is a senior leadership role that involves taking ownership of our existing analytics infrastructure, leading a team, and guiding our organization toward excellence in analytics. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and have a proven track record of successfully leading analytics teams. Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree with 12+ years of related experience preferred.
• Proven experience in leading analytics teams in mid-sized organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication and presence, with the capability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
• Experience in managing analytics infrastructure, including ThoughtSpot, Matillion, and Snowflake.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze costs, optimize setups, and make strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with Reporting API development and roadmap creation.
• Previous involvement in developing analytical solutions as a product.
• Strong SQL skills.
