Job Description:
● As a Branch leader, lead daily activities of a Robotics Learning Centre to delight students with a great learning experience. Present products or services to prospective customers.
● Lead Marketing activities such as establishing partnership with schools, representing Voyage Robotics in various conferences and fairs, implement effective marketing to generate leads, follow up on leads over phone to ensure registrations, ensure good customer relationship.
● As a HR leader, manage HR functions such as recruit employees, evaluate employee performance, establish effective training program, ensure excellent learners feedback, coach employees on effective communication etc.
● The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
● Achieve marketing targets and facilitate future sales.
Eligibility:
● Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
● Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
● Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
● Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
● Excellent knowledge in English, Hindi, Marathi
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
● Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
● High school diploma; BSc/BA/MBA will be a plus
● 2-3 yrs of work experience in handling Sales
