Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns, creating and curating social media content, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Social Media Marketing: Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor trends, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize website content, conduct keyword research, and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating marketing events, both online and offline. This includes managing event logistics, invitations, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.
- Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of marketing content such as blog posts, infographics, and videos. Ensure content aligns with the brand's messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Email Marketing: Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns. Segment email lists, draft compelling content, and track campaign performance metrics.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics and performance indicators. Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of different marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
This Role Requires:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ Years of experience in social media management, retargeting & remarketing, and event coordination.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
