The role The AR Specialist will support Hitachi Vantara's AR program goals to broaden analyst reach and advocacy in India with focus on our Tier 2 analysts. Primary responsibilities include AR liaison with Tier 2 analysts (including inquires, briefing and event support), as well as support for the Global AR program infrastructure research tracking (Forecasts/Market Share-Tacker reports) and other AR program assistance.
What You'll Bring India AR Liaison
- Lead India Tier 2 analyst interactions…inquiry requests, briefing schedules, analyst driven events.
- Collaborate with the regional and country marketing team for analyst alignment (event support, quote requests, leadership interactions).
- Secondarily, maintain the other APAC regional Tier 2 analyst identification. Ensure all APAC analyst interactions are aligned with the AR priority analyst messaging and approved by the global/corporate AR Program Leads.
- Track all interactions and insights captured in the Hitachi Vantara's AR Program automated interaction database (Spotlight OZ).
- Corporate AR Program
- Support the quarterly & yearly highlight development of the Gartner & IDC infrastructure focused forecasts, market share and market tracker reports.
- Support in the development of the quarterly AR Business Results reports, OZ -AR dashboard audits.
- Support the broader marketing communities with analyst quote approvals, media references.
Qualifications - Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in external influencer relations with proven ability to execute and run assigned work/projects; preferably 3-4 years working this role in High Tech/large Corporation.
- Experience collaborating with major analyst firm account teams (Gartner, IDC, 451 Research, etc.)
- Solid project management experience in a virtual business environment, certification a plus.
- Knowledgeable use of Spotlight OZ- AR database or similar platform, a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications.
- Experience user of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must reside in India.
Soft-skill Qualifications - Experience collaborating cross-functionally and across global geographies with remote colleagues and external analyst relations firm account teams.
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal.
- High energy and the ability to work effectively and timely in a remote/virtual business environment across various time zones.
- Ability to multi-task prioritize high-profile AR workloads/projects and juggle urgent inbound requests with ease.
