We are looking for the candidates who have good exposure in Machine Shop - Operation in Construction Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
Position: Sr Engineer - Machine Shop (Cutting Shop)
Role: Team Leader
Department: Operation
Industry: Only Construction Equipment Manufacturing Industry
Location: Pune
Required Experience: 5-6 Years
Responsibilities
- Planning, Executing and reviewing of Monthly and day-wise production operations- laser, plasma cutting, Bending, Drilling, Rolling Operations .
- Ensuring Optimum use of Man, Machine and Materials.
- Deep Expertise in Cutting Machine (Laser & Plasma cutting technology) and Press Machine.
- Responsible for IMS/ISO audits, 5S and discipline of shop floor.
- Knowledge in SAP and expertise in MS excel, MS power point.
- Responsible for cost control, Inventory Control.
- Multi-Skilling of operators.
- Monitor and maintain quality of jobs.
- Good Leadership skill- Cross functional coordination between different teams like production, quality & maintenance.
- Skill assessment of employees, technical training to subordinates.
- Responsible to provide safe and healthy work environment by identifying and closing of hazards in workplace.
- Monitoring standard operating methods (SOP) to improve productivity.
