J ob opportunity for NON-IT Recruitment ( ITES AND LATERAL ) TEAM LEAD role (Female only) , please find below for the respective role.

CURRENT EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE AS TEAM LEAD or RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST

NOTICE PERIOD - Immediate Joiners preferred  

CURRENTLY SHOULD BE IN BANGALORE ( WALK-IN INTERVIEW )

NON-IT TEAM LEAD / Lateral Hiring / NON-IT Recruitment

• Should have Team Leading experience
• Should have minimum 2 years experience as recruitment lead and overall recruitment exp 5+ years.
• Handling minimum 4 to 8  recruiters.
• Should be able to generate Strong team performance and pro-active attitude and achieving the targets.
• Should source candidates with strong techniques and be able to understand skill sets.
• Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc
• Good experience in using leading job portals.
• Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment domain
• Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship.
• Should have good Oral and written communication skills.
• work from office only.
• Shift timings 9.30 am to 6.30pm. Monday to Saturday Working
• Candidates from Bangalore only can apply
• Good Knowledge of MS Excel required 

Salary Rs 22000 to Rs 28000 Net take home , we do not have deductions.
