Responsibilities

Job Description - Web/Digital Analytics Executive (Tag Management)
As a Web/Digital Analytics Executive specializing in tag management, you will be required to contribute to design and implementation of custom analytics tracking for digital properties including web, mobile (Web & App) and other platforms.
You will be required to interact daily with key stakeholders, including Marketers, Digital Analysts, Test Managers, and IT/Product development teams.
Responsibilities
Tagging
. Participate in business requirements discussions with different project teams.
. Document business requirements
. Should be able to coordinate and execute all day-to-day project activities and report status to management.
. Write clean, scalable code using JavaScript, jQuery programming languages.
. Test and deploy code.
. Revise, update, refactor and debug code.
. Should have strong troubleshooting skills.
. Should be able to understand issues, evaluate solutions and work with colleagues, to resolve issues.
. Should have good communication skills (both verbal and written)
. Translate business need into tagging specifications.
. Validate and test tagging implementation.
. Prioritize data collection enhancements and defects to ensure a timely delivery of current and upcoming initiatives and validate resolutions.
. Document data collection standards for all new development efforts/site functions
. Create and establish effective governance process for managing and organizing tags with in TMS.
Reporting
. Develop reports to assess and track all activity on website, mobile and other digital assets of the company using Adobe Analytics
o Prepare and produce analytics reports on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis.
o Manage data pulls of varying size and complexity.
o Refine existing dashboards and create new dashboards based on business need.
o Clearly translate data points into easily digestible presentations, insights, and recommendations
. Monitoring performance impact of key customer experience improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to website, marketing campaigns, site enhancements, and other tests.
. Build automated dashboards identifying key performance indicators that drive actionable business decisions.

Qualification
Education
. Any graduation
Experience
. 1 - 5 years of overall experience which should include at least 2 years of web/Digital analytics
. Experience in end-to-end Analytics Implementation using tag management tools such as Ensighten (preferred), DTM/Launch, GTM, Tealium etc.

Technical Competencies
. Domain knowledge of the below areas is a must.
o HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Regular Expressions, JSON, HTML & CSS selectors and JavaScript Frameworks
o Knowledge of Responsive Design and Single Page Applications
o Design & Develop Data Layers.
. Knowledge of Adobe/Google analytics and Adobe Target/Google Optimize
