As a Principal, your role is crucial in shaping the educational environment and ensuring the smooth functioning of the school. Here are the key responsibilities:

1. Setting Performance Objectives :

2. Implementing and Monitoring Policies :

3. Educational Leadership :

4. Experience and Qualifications :

   • Master’s degree in Education   or a related field.
     
   • B.Ed, M.Ed, and Ph.D. equivalent teaching qualifications .
