Job Description:

We are seeking a Female Tele Caller with minimum experience to join our team. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting our products/services, and generating leads through telephone calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to prospective customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls.
Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation.
Keep accurate records of calls made and results achieved.
Requirements:
Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication skills in [English, Tamil, Hindi].
Pleasant and persuasive telephone manner.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
