Job Description:
As the General Manager Service you will play a critical role in driving our service departments success. You will be responsible for overseeing all service operations ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining operational excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high performance continuous improvement and team collaboration.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the service department ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality increase customer satisfaction and optimize operational efficiency.
- Lead manage and develop a highperforming service team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and operational success.
- Manage budgets forecasts and financial planning for the service department.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in service processes and technologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in automotive service with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing a service department with a focus on customer satisfaction operational excellence and team leadership.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
