Purchase And Inventory Management Material and Purchase Planning Logistics Planning Stock Valuation Report MIS Report , Tally 0.9 & ERP Negotiation skills Roles And Responsibilities Preparing the Forecasting as per sales targets. Negotiate purchase prices on used cars and determine whether to purchase or pass based on our in-house guidelines Visit local dealers on a regular basis to peruse new inventory and maintain positive working relationships with those vendors Keep meticulous records on all transactions and submit them to our accounting department monthly for auditing Inform vendors of our purchasing requirements and ensure all tasks are fulfilled, from producing new keys to providing maintenance records Authority Purchasing Manager is responsible to purchase or contract for all supplies and services required by any department, division or authority that derives its support wholly or in part from the City, all in accordance with purchasing procedures as prescribed herein and such rules, .Job tags
