Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Call Center Executive (Telecaller) at our on-site location in Nashik & Sijoul. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students who have shown interest in Sandip University programs. The aim is to provide information and convert leads into enrolments for our various courses and programs. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high call volumes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejections
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with software systems
• Previous experience in a call centre environment is preferred
