Day to day administration of Manage engine ITSM, ITAM and ITOM modules (Enterprise Service Desk, Op Manager, App Manager)3. User configuration, profile configuration, CI configuration/changes 4. Triggering of asset discovery processes 5. Configuring ITOM thresholds and managing them on an ongoing basis based on evolving business requirements 6.
