Job Description: ERP Telecaller Executive As an ERP Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in the sales and support process for our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their business needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our ERP products and services. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing support to existing clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Experience: 06 months to 1 year Key Skills: Cold calling, outbound calls, Lead generation Notice Period: Immediate joining preferred or 15 days Female only can applicable for this post Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Customer Engagement: Appointment Setting: Follow-Up: concerns. Database Management: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our ERP solutions. Qualify leads by gathering information about the prospect's business requirements Initiate and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients. Clearly and persuasively communicate the benefits and features of our ERP solutions. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure a smooth handover of leads to the sales team. Implement a follow-up strategy to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to gather feedback and address Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system. Assist in data cleansing and segmentation activities. Customer Support: Provide support to existing clients by addressing queries and concerns. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of issues. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to call activities, lead generation, and conversion rates. Provide regular updates on performance metrics to the sales and management teams. Adherence to Protocols: Qualifications and Skills: software industry. Follow established protocols and scripts to maintain consistency in communication. Adhere to ethical practices and data protection regulations. Proven experience in telecalling or telemarketing, preferably in the technology (ERP, CRM) or Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes. Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Good organizational and time management skills.
