Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Borivali East. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. Other tasks may include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in creating and implementing HR policies
• Understanding of employee benefits and personnel management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HR software and databases is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
