Job description
Key purpose of the job: The Role is responsible for coordination & implementation of marketing plans to drive sales of the assigned projects, in coordination the Corporate Brand team.
Strategic
- Provide inputs to the Regional Head Marketing on communication mix, media selection, sales promotion and PR activities based on past performance as well as market and competition understanding.
- Develop sales strategies for the assigned projects in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Participate in Market intelligence activities to keep abreast of key real estate trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure and create 'WOW' factor in Customer experience as per TATA expectations across all sites, right from 1st touchpoint.
Operational
- Conduct on ground research of the micro-markets as required and ensure geography alignment
- Execute the Marketing Plan atongoing sites-monthly & quarterly for the assigned projects in coordination with various external agencies
- Plan and Execute BTL marketing activities for lead generation for the assigned projects, such as society activations, customer engagement programs for Loyalty and Referral Sales, marketing activations to drive sales of his/her region in other regions and vice versa, and provide necessary support to the Sales team
- Assist the Regional Head Marketing in planning and executing regular channel engagement programs such as Channel Partner meets
- Ensure that the customer experience at site is as per the defined service standards through regular site visits
- Ensure project site branding and upkeep is in line with the brand guidelines
- Assist the Regional Head Marketing in regular reporting of key performance metrics such as marketing cost management, cost per lead, lead to deal conversion, etc, undertake analysis of the same and implement corrective actions for improvement
Developmental
- Develop a good understanding and tracking of customer trends for the assigned projects and provide insights for key decisions
Minimum 5+yrs in relevant experience
Industry preferences : Real Estate, Airlines, Mobile, Hospitality & FMCG
