Role Description

The Performance Marketer role is a full-time on-site position located in Mysore. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks may include creating, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, identifying new areas for growth, and analyzing data to measure campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience
• Proficiency in performance marketing channels, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and SEO
• Experience in campaign creation, execution, and optimization
• Ability to use analytics and data to measure and improve campaign performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the fashion industry or with environmentally conscious brands is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field

Relevant skills and qualifications for this role may include experience with A/B testing, marketing automation platforms, and landing page optimization.
