Experience: 12+ years Location: Chennai Notice Period: 30-45 days
ASC Remediation Program aims to ensure that applications used by Wealth Management GAIM and directly managed by WMIS are properly secured in accordance with IT Group and WM GAIM Security requirements with the objective for WMIS to be a role model within the Group. The program is split in 4 categories: • ASC Remediations Project • Encryption Project • Non-Production Anonymization • ASC Remediations Initiatives These projects objectives are to remediate to Assets non-conformities to Controls and Key controls related to: • Encryption • Non-production environments anonymization • Identity and Access Management (IAM) Process review and implementation (Password Policy, Access Right Review, Yearly account review, Generic and default account, Authentication Mechanism Robustness) • Logs and events • Data Classification • Network • Continuity (Back-up and recovery management) • Third Party Risk Management Process implementation. Direct Responsibilities The role will include, but will not be limited to: • Monitor and manage program in terms of capacity, schedule, and scope • Structure and closely follow the budget allocated to the program • Develop an operating plan for the program • Manage the projects related to the program and ensure projects structure is properly managed • Put in place project organization and follow-up closely Project Managers contributing to the program • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its lifecycle • Analyze program risks, raise technical risks and issues, and help to mitigate • Escalate to Manager on foreseeable risks and issues pertaining to project • Ensure requirements are implemented as planned, traceability is maintained throughout the projects/program, tests are performed and completed • Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities • Manage relationship with Production teams, local IT and Release Manager to coordinate for deployment • Ensure goals are met including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance Manage Steering Committee preparation and presentation Technical & Behavioral Competencies · Min 5 years of experience as Program Manager within banking industry on Data, Transformation or Process Domain · At least 2 years background in IT security topics · Good command of analysis approach and methodology · Good track record on past delivery of projects · Good Critical thinking skill · Entrepreneurial spirit is a plus (Optional) CISSP / CISM / CISA is a plus (Optional)Job tags
