Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a User Experience Designer located in Madurai. As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for conducting design thinking, user research, visual design, UX development, and prototyping for a variety of IT solutions. You will work closely with fellow designers, developers, and product managers to create efficient and user-friendly solutions.
Qualifications
- Design thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience in user research and understanding of user behavior and psychology
- Strong visual design skills with proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Experience in UX design and development with knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and testing tools
Bonus Qualifications:
- A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
