Responsibilities : Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for various non-IT roles within the education sector. Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, facilitating smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure alignment with recruitment strategies. Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. Requirements : A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, specifically in non-IT roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers. Proven ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
