Sales Executive @ Real Estate at Tellapur
Job Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads to expand the client base.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential buyers and sellers
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends.
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding market conditions, property prices, and mortgages.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
• Ensure that properties are well-presented and marketed through various channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing property listings.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win for both clients and the company.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with legal and financial professionals for seamless transactions.
• To be on Field visiting real estate properties in and around Hyderabad and other cities as per the needs by the organisation.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in real estate sales (Plots/Apartments/Villas) or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and networking abilities.

Candidate Profile Required:

Qualification: MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 1- 2 Years (Real Estate Sales )
Preferred languages : English, Hindi and Telugu
Skill Set: Good Communication & Presentable with right kind of Sales Attitude
Notice Period: Immediate joiners would be preferred
Salary Package : 20,000 To 25,000 (depends on Interview Performance)
