Job Overview Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a dynamic and talented Architect - B Arch with Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the growth of the company.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Design and develop architectural plans, blueprints, and layouts for construction projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize architectural concepts
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Prepare and present architectural proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to oversee the construction process
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design
