About MN World Enterprises

MN World an End to End IT Solutions & Telecom solutions provider with offices in Bangalore Pune Mumbai Delhi & Singapore. Company has been engaged in B2B integrated services & solution s. Currently the organisation is looking at growing its business footprints within Delhi.

Role Summary :

Candidate will be member of MN World India sales team responsible for generating leads qualifying the opportunities coordinating with other departments preparing and submitting the proposals submitting the orders to the delivery department and ensuring smooth delivery revenue assurance and ensuring customer satisfaction and delight.

Domain Knowledge

Knowledge on End user computing/ Server/Storage/Networking/AV

Network Services ILL MPLS SDWAN IPLC Metro Ethernet Domestic leased lines

Knowledge on cloud and Security services will be added advantages

Roles and Responsibilities:

Generating leads for products / Services from SMB Mid Market and Enterprises segments for IT and Telecom services.

Qualifying the opportunities through discussion with customer contacts. Coordinating with other departments for the preparation and submission of the technocommercial proposals.

Closing deals using emails phone web conferencing and physical meeting.

Achieve Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Targets.

Order processing and placing the orders internally with right departments

Ensure delivery of the services by excellent rapport with Telco sales Presales Product specialist and other nonsales departments.

Assist in customer s SPOC Followup on invoices and assuring revenues at the right time. Keeping regular touch with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and unearth new repeat opportunities

Look for unearthing opportunities through unconventional channels.
