Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives. This role is uniquely designed for a professional who excels in a solo environment, capable of handling the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will be adept in managing their sales pipeline, excel in client engagement, and be knowledgeable about the real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Execution and Deal Closing:
  - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
  - Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.

2. Client Engagement and Follow-Up:
  - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  - Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and foster repeat business.

3. Sales Tracking and Analytics:
  - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and property valuation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
