We provide hassle-free experiences in booking trips, arranging religious functions, yoga classes, and astrological consultations. Our goal is to ensure that everyone, including the elderly and families with small children, has a beautiful and peaceful experience.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for answering incoming calls within the organization, providing information, answering questions, and directing calls as necessary. The Caller will also be responsible for booking pilgrimages, arranging religious functions, and providing exceptional customer service to visitors.

4 dham and 2 dham tour packages.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Good listening skills and ability to empathize with customers
• An aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Indian culture, religions, and travel destinations is desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent
