Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Technical Documentation Specialist to join our team. The Technical Documentation Specialist will play a pivotal role in crafting technical manuals and documentation, generating technical content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather pertinent information.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Technical Documentation and Technical Writing
Demonstrated experience in creating technical manuals
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment
Familiarity with documentation and content management systems
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in the heavy machinery/mechanical domain, particularly with laser machines or automation
Ideally, 4-6 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:

Create user manuals, spares lists, and other related deliverables
Develop illustrations utilizing 3D data and engineering drawings
Ensure compliance with CE directives and other relevant industry standards
Participate in quality control and process improvement initiatives
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for data collection
Generate write-ups and video links for newly developed products
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Familiarity with CorelDRAW
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The job locations are in Hadapsar and Chakan, Pune.
