Job Overview
CN Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management
- Strong knowledge of operations, BPO, and call center processes
- Experience in international operations and sales management
- Proven track record in team management and client relations
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
