Job Description Summary
The Project Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing projects from conception to completion. They are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards and stakeholder expectations. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications and coordinates the efforts of cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
This role will manage projects for Workforce Experience & Insights in the APAC region. The person in this role will partner closely with local HR operation leaders to support the wing-to-wing aspects of transformation projects, from discovery and planning to build and execution. This role requires excellent problem solving, strong analytical and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally at all levels of the business.

Essential Responsibilities:
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master ’s degree from accredited university relevant to Human resources
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management

- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to connect and understand multiple data points to ensure cohesive project management

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills, including deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across multiple large-scale initiatives that have interconnecting impact across functions
- Results-oriented strategic thinker who demonstrates curiosity and bias for action
- Team player with ability to excel in agile, collaborative, ambiguous environments
- Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Smartsheet
