Requirements
We are seeking a skilled and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager and Video Content Creation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across various platforms and producing engaging video content to enhance our brand identity and reach our target audience.
Social Media Management & Videography :
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Etc.
- Create and curate relevant, engaging content for posting on social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to optimize content and strategies.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
- Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content that aligns with brand objectives and messaging.
- Post videos for various purposes, including promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, interviews, and event coverage.
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, well-paced, and effectively communicate key messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and ensure video content meets project goals and timelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into production processes.
- Manage video equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio recording devices, and editing software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation, particularly for business or brand accounts.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas for social media campaigns and video content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Software knowledge like Photoshop.
Preferred Skills:
- Graphic design skills and experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Video and Motions Graphic Software (e.g., Adobe Premiere pro, After effect)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the industry.
