Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will perform various day-to-day HR tasks such as HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience with HR management
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies
• Experience in managing employee benefits, including health, dental, and retirement plans
• Familiarity with personnel management tasks such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and termination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
