Role : Area Sales Manager

Primary Function

The Position is responsible for providing Techno-commercial offers and closing sales numbers for Business. He / She would also be responsible for Marketing of the Products, ensuring the Spec-in of the products and create new customer base. The position will also be responsible for Key DCS customer accounts in the Region

Essential Functions

• To prepare techno-commercial offers, closing of Sales.
• To undertake Technical Marketing and ensure Spec-in in Projects.
• Develop the Region and create new accounts.
• Handle End User mapping to drive migration projects.
• Analyzing and Identifying business needs and creating an opportunity and building relationships by frequent customer visits.
• Post order techno-commercial customer support in Region.
• Develop HMI market for devices business.
• Identify and develop Channel partners in Region

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 8 to10 years + experience in a commercial sales function with firsthand knowledge of India customers, focusing on present and future target markets Oil & Gas vertical
• Knowledge on Engineered To Order products
• Evidence of success in building and maintaining Key Customer relationships
• Capable of developing and executing support strategies
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas industry relevant standards,
• Degree qualified with an engineering degree in Instrumentation / Electronics

• Good presenter with the ability to provide convincing business propositions
• Competitive, demonstrating energy and enthusiasm
• Change orientated and organized with strong planning skills
• Results driven with absolute determination and motivation. Highly organized, with attention to detail
• A network of contacts and relationships in the Oil & Gas Industry
• The academic ability to successfully carry out the role with a broad understanding of sales processes and strategies
• Willing to travel extensively to cover Vast Region
