As a Location Strategy Project Manager you will help coordinate, communicate, and drive the strategy and space needs as per Firm-wide directives for all Consumenr and Community Banking (CCB) Team.

This role provides dedicated support to CCB Product & Experience, and Technology employees and contractors globally. Responsibilities include managing seat utilization within their allocated space, and monitoring their facility requests with Global Real Estate. The team is the single point of contact for Global Real Estate to communicate their sponsored real estate events and coordinate communications and action items with the Real Estate Liaison LOB Tower Leads and their Management. In addition, responsibilities include reviewing real estate exception requests and escalations with management to remediate issues, managing space disputes, confirming and reconciling seat inventory, availability, and ownership.

We are currently seeking an energetic, and detail oriented project manager to facilitate core delivery of real estate services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly status meetings with GRE contact, LOB site leads.
  • Review and process unallocated resources and confirm seat requests.
  • Process HR accommodation requests
  • Manage and coordinate real estate move requests within assigned allocation.
  • Submit and track facility requests for seats outside allocation or other real estate project requests
  • Ownership of CCB Product, Experience and Technology allocated inventory for each Tech Hub location

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Previous project management experience preferred
  • Self-motivated individual who consistently displays urgency, conscientiousness and ownership of assignments.
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing with all levels of associates
  • Adaptable staff member who can function well when priorities shift or pace of work varies.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment to escalate issues when needed.
  • Competent with PC Skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
