Retail and Education Manager

for Brand

Rabanne, Carolina Hererra, Nina Ricci,

Jean Paul Gaultier , to join our team to plan and oversee the execution of education programs in line with the brand’s strategy to ensure service excellence. You should have a minimum of

7 years

professional experience in training and developing brand related products and services. The location of the job will be in

Noida .

Key Functions and Responsibilities: Training Strategies Plan, design, and conduct trainings (both virtually and on site) to beauty advisors Demonstrate inspiration by actively advocating for the brand and assuming a leadership role in the seamless integration of beauty advisors. Effectively engage with beauty advisors, both online and offline, employing coaching techniques to foster their development. Take charge of educational initiatives, motivational endeavors, and the dissemination of the brand's vision during interactions with partner beauty advisors. Assure proper brand image, merchandising and excellent customer service in the team Plan and manage annual training budget based on the needs of omni channel and multi brands

Training Design and Deliverables Managing the creation and localization of training contents and methodology of niche brands to ensure all training initiatives is fully fulfilling business needs in a most effective and efficient manner Conduct professional training to brand representatives & Generic staff, including training on brand concept, product knowledge, customer service and selling techniques Prepare national training program, in line with the individual brand marketing plans. Optimize the sell-out process by actively promoting and enhancing the technical proficiency of brand products within retail establishments. Execute this objective by instituting internationally recognized programs. Impersonate and transmit brand values to the distribution/ retail channels. Train education team on new modules, engage sales & marketing teams around education.

Training Deliverables Management and Evaluation Provide post training evaluation for review with marketing and commercial teams to determine if short terms adjustments/ rectifications are required Measure and fine-tune training outcome on regular basis to assess if business objectives are met Launch of MSP program in TRAPAC by collaborating with commercial team

Beauty Advisor Performance Management Competition mapping and report qualitative feedback from the field - Develop the country’s training program, in line with the marketing plan Hire and train their teams. Build and maintain a network of consultants and artists in the beauty business.

Essential Qualifications: + 10 years of professional training experience, coming from beauty or luxury industry Relevant university degree and/or professional training credentials Able to communicate, train and facilitate workshops in English +5 years experience in Team management Proficiency in Microsoft Office – PowerPoint (advanced), Excel (advanced), Word
