Primary Responsibilities:
Setting up frameworks of standards and procedures and the project’s technical direction.
Should also have impressive leadership skills to motivate and guide your team members.
Ensure everyone remains productive and gets projects done on time.
Much of your job as a technical lead is offering support and guidance to your team, so it's important to be able to give clear instructions and set expectations.
Should manage many projects at once while still meeting deadlines and presenting innovative products.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Work closely with APMs to ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing client concerns.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing innovative solutions and addressing concerns promptly.
Skill Set:
Wordpress, Customistion, Javascript, GSAP, Web Optimisation, Web Security, Shopify, React/AngularJS, Nue JS, Webflow
Minimum 3 Years across various tech web stacks.
