Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Java Production Support (L3) professional in Gurugram. As a Java Production Support (L3) professional, you will be responsible for providing support and resolution for production issues, coordinating with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Tasks related to monitoring and troubleshooting of the production environment will also be included.Qualifications :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.3.5+ years of experience in Java Production support (L3) role in the IT industry.Experience in monitoring live applications and resolving production issues in a high-pressure environment.Excellent knowledge of Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate.Sound knowledge on databases, messaging systems (Kafka), and troubleshooting methodologies.Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and isolate issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
